The Giant Christmas Elves invite visitors on a playful festive adventure with a distinctly Australian twist. Towering at 5 metres tall, twelve cheeky elves have swapped snow for sunshine, appearing throughout South Bank in unexpected locations waiting to be discovered.
Meet Sandy at Streets Beach, Barbie on the Northern Little Stanley Street Lawns, Pixie on the Southern Little Stanley Street Lawns, Lizzy at Flowstate, Lillie at Picnic Island Green, Whitney at River Quay, Gabba at Riverside Green, Lorri near Rainforest Green, Jingle at Liana Lounge, Bravo on the QPAC Balcony, Sunny at the Brisbane Sign and Snowy at Riverside Terrace. Embracing a uniquely Australian holiday spirit, each elf brings its own personality and festive charm to the precinct.
Following the trail transforms South Bank into a joyful journey of discovery, encouraging visitors of all ages to explore, connect and uncover each elf’s unique holiday hideaway. Celebrating the magic of Christmas through an unmistakably Australian lens, this festive trail invites families, friends and visitors to experience the precinct in a fun and unexpected way.
